Whether you’re looking for a new church, a church away from home, or just a visit while on vacation, we welcome you.

We are a small congregation of mostly retired folks who genuinely care about each other and our community. We are a Christ-centered, biblically- based, worshiping congregation, grounded in the Presbyterian
tradition.

We’re casual. We believe people should feel comfortable coming to Fort Frederica Presbyterian Church as they are, so dress is casual, conversation is open, and friendships are easily made.

We love our music. Our choir, though small, is enthusiastic and talented. Our music director utilizes individual talents to the maximum, incorporating the sounds of a trumpet, guitar, harmonica, piano and organ to create special arrangements, solos and group renditions of mostly traditional hymns. There is truly a “joyful noise” presented every Sunday.

We are friendly. Coffee and cookies are served each Sunday. Help yourself on the way in or on the way out. We also enjoy a monthly lunch on the first Sunday of the month following our communion service. Sometimes it is a catered menu and sometimes we all pitch in to supply food, but in either case we accommodate vegetarians and meat lovers.

What sets us apart from other churches is the fact that we are pet friendly. We love our pets and recognize the important part they play in our lives and for that reason, we welcome well-behaved dogs to attend church services with their owners. We also have a pet station located on the open space beside the church equipped with waste disposal bags and a water dish for anyone wanting a place for their dogs to roam free.
